Inspection and certification according to applicable directives.

A calibration/certification of tools is covered by:

• Overhaul, functional tests and cleaning.
• Safety check as per the declaration of conformity.
• Where appropriate, taking of measurements and surfaces, etc.
• Final inspection as per final inspection requirements.

Inspection/certification are done in accordance with Elpress’ current inspection instruction for the respective tools and in accordance with requirements in ISO9001 . After approval, a certificate is issued. All inspected tools are marked with a signed validity label.
Tools that are not in working order and cannot be inspected and certified are repaired according to agreement with the customer.

Right time intervals

This service shall not be confused with agreements on Preventive maintenance. The difference is that inspections are done in the same way, but when it involves calibration it is up to you as a customer to yourself make sure the tool is calibrated within the right time interval.
