Extended range of use of our deep earthing system components: FSDH11 andFS12

Here’s what’s new in Elpress Earthing System:

• FSHD11: Previously suitable for earth lines 25-95 mm², 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 25-150 mm².

• FS12: Previously suitable for earth lines 70-95 mm², 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 70-150 mm².

This development means even greater flexibility and reliability for your earthing needs.

    Products
    • Cu terminals
      The terminals for Cu conductors 0.75 mm² to 1000 mm² are made of copper 99.9%. As a standard, we manufacture tube terminals (type KR/KRF/KRD/KRT), through connectors (type KS/KSF/KSD/KST) and C sleeves, but also largely customised connectors. The Elpress system fits both stranded conductors, as per IEC 60228 class 2, and flexible conductors as per IEC 60228 class 5 and class 6.
      AlCu terminals
      Elpress AlCu terminals for Al conductors are made of solid material.
      Al terminals
      Elpress terminals for Al conductors 16 mm² to 1200 mm² are made of solid aluminium 99.7%.
      C sleeves
      Branching sleeves for Cu conductors 6-300 mm², made of copper 99.95%.
      Pre-insulated terminals
      Elpress’ pre-insulated terminal consist of ring, fork and pin terminals made of copper and flat and round pin terminals of brass or tin bronze.
      Un-insulated terminals
      Elpress uninsulated connections up to 10 mm² consists of through connectors, rings, ferrules, forks and pin terminals made of electrolytic copper.
      End terminals
      Elpress pre-insulated and uninsulated end terminals are made of tin-plated copper.
      Overhead line connectors
      Elpress has a programme for overhead line joints that comprises products for copper lines, alloyed aluminium lines of type AlMgSi (Super B) and Al59 and FeAl lines.
      Shearbolt connectors
      Shearbolt connectors are intended for stranded and solid aluminium and copper cable, low voltage and medium voltage up to 36 kV.

      Mechanical hand tools for crimping 0,14-120 mm².
      3,5 t system
      Electrohydraulic, electromechanical and hydraulic hand tools with up to 3.5 tons of pressing force.
      6 t system
      Crimping heads, hydraulic hand tools and battery-powered crimping tools with up to 6 tons of crimp force.
      13 t system
      Crimping heads, hydraulic hand tools and battery-powered crimping tools with up to 13 tons of crimp force.
      25 t system
      Crimping heads with up to 25 tons of crimp force.

      Crimping heads with up to 35 tons of crimp force.
