Crimping system for copper and aluminium cable 0,1–1200 mm²

In our crimping system, System Elpress, the connection elements are coordinated with mechanical, hydraulic, electromechanical and electro-hydraulic crimping tools. The terminal lugs and through connectors cover the area range 0.10 mm² to 1200 mm² and are intended for copper and aluminium cable.

Mechanical hand tools

Elpress ergonomic hand tools feature a built-in locking system that ensures that the entire crimping process is completed – a prerequisite for professional and quality-assured jointing.

Electromechanical crimping tool

The Elpress electromechanical crimping tool combines the benefits of battery-powered hydraulic crimping tools and manual crimping tools. Its light weight means the tool is easy to use and, in combination with the powerful drive technology, results in a rapid crimping process at an optimum level of quality.

Hydraulic manual crimping tools

The Elpress hydraulic manual crimping tool uses the same die system as the other tools in the 600 and 1300 system. The tools are ergonomically adapted and require low gripping force to do the crimping. All tools are tested and certified to provide a connection in accordance with standards.

Electrohydraulic tools

The Elpress electrohydraulic tool uses the same die system as the other tools in the 600 and 1300 system. The crimping tool has an ergonomic design that means that the balance is perfect in the user’s hand and automatic return of the dies when the crimping is completed. The tools are equipped with high-performance Li-Ion batteries that make the work more efficient through a high battery capacity. All tools are tested and certified to provide a connection in accordance with standards.

Wide range of Pumps

Elpress offers a wide range of pump crimping dies that uses the same die system as other tools in the 600, 1300, and 250 systems. With the help of a quick coupling, the tool is easily connected to pumps from Elpress’ product range.
